A friendly and knowledgeable woman with whom you can easily discuss any issues you encounter as an instructor. This leads to a great collaboration between rider, instructor, and therapist. It's also great that Merel rides at a high level herself and is very knowledgeable.

Merel came to me because my horse was leaning on my right hand. Merel resolved that in just one session, and it has never returned. My other horse, Mara, frequently displayed some stopping behavior. Merel patiently worked for over an hour on Mara's treatment. After the treatment, Mara never displayed the stopping behavior again, and I have my willing mare back. I think Merel is amazing, knowledgeable, and above all, a true horse whisperer.

I am very grateful for Merel's treatment for my two horses! One of them is a young Spanish horse who often finds new things exciting. Merel is so relaxed and kind that both horses immediately felt at ease, allowing her to work with them freely. The treatment revealed many explanations for the issues I had while riding. After the treatment, I noticed an immediate difference in both horses. For example, the pelvis that wasn't moving up now moved just as smoothly as the other side after a few adjustments. And this is just one of many examples where I saw a direct change. When I got on my horses a few days later to ride, she was, as expected, searching in her body, but immediately more relaxed, consistent, and jumped right into the correct canter, which had previously caused us so many problems.
